My retreat experience was awe inspiring from start to finish. I went not knowing what to expect, but every detail was carefully curated and felt designed to make me feel taken care of, mentally, physically, and spiritually. My favorite moments were the morning yoga sessions Raquel led on the rooftop overlooking the ocean and the evening meditations encouraging me to reflect on where I am in life. In addition to yoga, I enjoyed all of the fresh, local meals, our walk to a private beach, and our tour of some local sites - this trip was a perfect mix of tranquility and adventure!

A passport is not required if you are a US Citizen. You can enter with a government issued photo ID & birth certificate depending on the airline. If you are not a US Citizen you will need a passport to travel to St. Croix with at least six months validity beyond your departure date.
