Community Care Workshops

The Intention

Community Care Workshops will create space for us to tend to the most fragile parts of ourselves. This is done in a way that soothes, and reconnects with the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten and rekindles the relationship to the self. It is a safe space for open dialogue and self-reflection.

The Practice

These workshops will range from intentional journaling, therapeutic yoga classes, guided meditation, breathwork, energy healing and other self-healing practices.

The Investment

Pay in Alignment: To ensure that these enriching experiences are accessible to everyone, we are offering alignment pricing.

To join a workshop simply contribute what is in alignment with your budget to invest in yourself at that time. The minimum self-investment starts at $11, invest more when you can.

We will nurture the root energy center. The root governs our basic sense of safety and security. It is the center of self-preservation. This center can become imbalanced when we are getting to the bag, taking care of loved ones, accomplishing our goals, and navigating the currents of life.

Imbalances of the root center:

  • Poor focus and discipline

  • Financial difficulties

  • Rushing or always late

  • Lower Back Pain

  • Doubting yourself

  • Rigid or poor boundaries

  • Ignoring the signs to rest

  • Fear of failure

The root is where we heal our relationship with our body and right to live our wildest dreams. It is where we muster up the courage to honor our needs while we are caring for others.

Walk into the week feeling grounded, focused and empowered. This 90 min session will include an active beginner friendly yoga practice + introduction of the root energy center + journaling/reflection + meditation to heal, open and balance the root. In this Sound Healing session, we start the journey of the Listening Path – a journey into healing how we listen to ourselves. Sound Meditation is an effective tool for enhancing our ability to listen – not just to the sounds around us but to our inner selves.

Healing how we listen encourages us to tune into our internal dialogues, emotions, and intuition. When we strengthen our hearing faculty this opens pathways for deeper self-awareness and introspection.

In today's hectic world, it's easy to lose touch with our inner selves and trust our intuition. This session is a gentle reminder to pause, listen, and respond to your own needs.
