This retreat provided me with the safe space to explore my spirituality in a way I have always desired, but was afraid to. Now that I think about it, this retreat was just an overall warm, loving, and safe space to express myself authentically, to be vulnerable in the aid of my healing, and to be present to take in the beauty of the land, the locals, and the phenomenal women I met on this trip.
