Where are the retreats located?

We have multiple retreat venues! Your specific venue and retreat information will be listed on the retreat location page. For everyone’s safety the location address and transportation details will be provided once your are registered for the retreat.

What is the average sized group?

There are normally 6-15 women at each extended retreat (4, 5 or 7 Days). This can vary slightly by retreat and by date. For a more intimate experience we tend to limit the number of participants. For one day retreats the amount of women depends on the location but we try to keep this experience intimate as well to maximize the experience of each participant.

Is there a wait list?

Absolutely! If the retreat or accommodation type you are interested in is sold out, please email heart@loveherretreats.com to get on our wait list. If a spot opens up, we’ll notify you ASAP.

How do I pay, and what forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay online with credit or debit card, or bank transfer to reserve your space at the retreat. 

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes we do! Each retreat is unique with a chef onsite to prepare meals that fit your dietary needs. When you register for the retreat you will be able to inform us of your needs.

What are the room accommodations?

Each retreat provides flexible accommodations depending on the location. Private rooms may or may not be available. Shared rooms include up to 2 people with a shared restroom. If you desire to be roommates with someone in particular please indicate that on the registration form. Check the retreat of your choice for the options that are avaliable.

Why aren’t there more single rooms? I’m not sure I want to share.

The set up of the guest rooms offers multiple suites with large spaces, that are best suited for more than one person. Many women are concerned about sharing, and end up enjoying the experience as much as the rest of the retreat. You already have so much in common with the other women who are attending the retreat, you might be surprised how quickly you feel at home together. The rooms are as spacious as they are luxurious. We will put you in touch with your roommate, should you opt for one, so you can connect prior to the retreat. If you crave a little time to yourself, there are plenty of cozy spots around the property and its grounds to savor some solo moments.

Cancellation policy?

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person for in-person destination retreats. There is a one time exception to transfer your deposit to another retreat within the same calendar year but this does not apply to the one day retreat option. We are unable to transfer deposits or any payments from one calendar year to the next.

US Retreats (1 Day Retreat) If you must cancel your reservation there is a one-time exception transferred to a loved one or friend. Otherwise, you will forfeit amount paid and no portion of your payment is refundable.

US retreats (4, 5 or 7 Day Retreats ONLY): Each retreat has its own cancellation policy. Please read the retreat agreement thoroughly before you confirm your registration for the retreat.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to LoveHER Retreats will be refunded for that retreat or you can transfer it to another retreat within the same calendar year.

NOTE: In the event of a national COVID-19 related shut down, the retreat will be postponed but not cancelled

Notification of cancellation will occur at least 60 days prior to your retreat start date if possible. LoveHER Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance when you purchase your flights.

How do I pay, and what forms of payment do you accept?

The first step is to pay your non-refundable deposit via retreat registration page which reserves your spot.

You can pay in full or set up a flexible payment plan. Your remaining balance is due per the terms of the retreat. We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time so you don’t forget!

If you do not have a payment plan established you could potentially you relinquish your spot at the retreat. Your deposit and other paid funds will not be refunded.

No cash payments or wire transfers accepted.

Once you register for a retreat, we’ll send you a welcome email.

Do I have to participate in everything?

This is your time; you can pace yourself to find the perfect amount of activity for you. We support you in doing as much or as little as is right for you, depending on how you are feeling. However, remember that each retreat is unique and we hope that you experience and enjoy what you signed up for!

What do I need to bring?

A detailed list will be provided upon registration as what to bring may be different depending on location but here are some basics for our 4, 5 or 7 Day Retreat Options - Yoga mat, water bottle, hat, sunscreen, sun glasses, bug spray, hygiene products, journal, and pen.
